Cruel Souls is a melodic death metal band founded by Steve Künzli, a Swiss lyricist.
The band explores dark, introspective, and existential themes: death, the duality of life and death, fear, madness, anger, and inner chaosCruel Souls embodies a vision of death metal that is at once macabre, poetic, and emotional.
The lyrics and song structures of Cruel Souls are created by Steve.
The songs (music and vocals) are generated with the help of SUNO artificial intelligenceAlthough the band does not perform live, it has a strong visual identity centered on anthropomorphic robots embodying the band membersTheir square, metallic design symbolizes the hybridization between humans and machines.
